This effect/filter flips the input video along the X and/or Y axis. It basically combines the :doc:`/effects_and_compositions/video_effects/transform_distort_perspective/flip_horizontally` and :doc:`/effects_and_compositions/video_effects/transform_distort_perspective/flip_vertically` effects.
