This effect/filter generates scratch lines over the image source. Can be used in conjunction with :doc:`/effects_and_compositions/video_effects/stylize/oldfilm` and :doc:`/effects_and_compositions/video_effects/grain_and_noise/dust` to simulate vintage film footage.
