Templates¶

These predefined templates are shipped with Kdenlive.

Shut-Off¶

This set of effects creates a CRT monitor shut off effect on the begin of a clip.

Secondary color correction¶

This set of effects allows you to change the color of parts a video clip

Second color correction to select the area you want to apply adjusted color.

Gaussian Blur and Alpha operation adjust the mask (border). Fine tune the parameter to select the area you need in the Secondary color effect and apply the needed amount of blur.

Transparency adjust how much you want to apply the adjusted color of Lift/gamma/gain.

Use rotoscope inside second color correction (not rotoscope (mask)): To “narrow” the area you want to correct the color
