Reductor de ruido FFT 3D¶

Descripción
Este efecto permitirá reducir el ruido en la imagen de un clip, usando un filtrado de tipo 3D FFT (Fast Fourier Transform o transformada rápida de Fourier) 3D en el dominio de las frecuencias[1].
